General Pricing

 Service for a computer that is malfunctioning or performing badly. Includes Operating System Scan & Repair, Hardware Scan, Full Virus Scan, and Windows + System Driver Updates. Note, if we find it requires parts or licensing to repair it, you will be notified before we proceed.

Your Windows installation may be damaged beyond repair and must be re-installed. Or if you are ready to move to the newest version of Windows, we will upgrade it for you if your hardware will support it.  Windows 11 is current and you can get the Home or Pro version (see license price below). Note, some Windows 10 computers may still be eligible for the free upgrade to Windows 11 from Microsoft, so you would not have to buy a license. 

If your laptop battery won't hold a charge, it's time for a new one. Prices for batteries vary depending on the market and the laptop. We only install OEM batteries. A Dell Laptop will get a manufacturer approved Dell battery. Cheaper batteries may work (sometimes). Do ya' feel lucky? This price is for installation and does not include the cost of the battery.

Damage caused by a virus can be all over the board. From removal of "annoyance" malware to complete destruction of your operating system, requiring data sanitization and recovery. Virus removal starts at $125 and 

If you need a license to get Windows 11 Home installed on your computer. This is the license cost and does not include labor. 

License to get Windows 11 Professional installed on your computer. The Professional version should be used in a business setting. It has additional functionality and better security, such as disk encryption and Windows Information Protection. This is the license cost and does not include labor.

Wireless access points, switches, routers, modems, network printers. Installation and Troubleshooting. This is an hourly rate with a 1/2 hour minimum.

Do you need an App or File Server in your business? Maybe even a Domain Controller. Perhaps you have one, and it is causing trouble. We can help. Hourly rate with 1/2 hour minimum.

We partner with BitDefender for excellent Antivirus protection. We can provide and install BitDefender, or install the AV solution of your choice. Price is for a 1-year license, up to 3 devices. Cost includes installation plus removal of any prior antivirus solutions. Price lowers per-year for 2- and 3-year licenses.

Don't get caught without data backups. The 3-2-1 rule says you need Three copies of your data in Two different places with One offsite. Your business cannot recover from ransomware or natural disaster without it's data.

Small businesses should not connect a network to the internet without a firewall. Your network is much more difficult to compromise when the perimeter is protected by this foundational piece of security. We can provide, install, and configure Ubiquity, Sophos, and Sonicwall firewalls, depending on your need. Call for assessment and quote.

For businesses accepting credit card payments, PCI is a requirement. If a card breach is traced to you, your liability is increased if you are non-compliant.
