Work Smarter With ChatGPT or Microsoft CoPilot
Are you using AI Tools as if they are Google?
Yellowfix will come to your location and do a demo in ChatGPT or Microsoft CoPilot so you can use the tool to increase your productivity. If your business is not licensed for ChatGPT or Microsoft CoPilot, you should be. Once you see what it can do, you will see the value of the tool.
If you already have Microsoft 365, you can add a CoPilot Business Plan to your account for about $18 monthly. Similarly, you can get the Plus version of ChatGPT for about $20/mo per user.
_Is It Safe & Secure?
It can be, if used correctly. In our AI Tools session, we will demonstrate how you can leverage these incredibly productive tools without risking confidentiality. There are also settings that can be configured to reduce what information the model shares.
_Give An Example Of What It Can Do
This can get deep, but let's stick with a basic example. You may be responsible for producing a routine report, perhaps weekly or monthly. You pore through spreadsheets, look up data from websites, copy and paste it into your report and spend a lot of time formatting it to make it readable and professional. We can write a "GPT" (or in CoPilot, an "Agent") that does all of this for you. A GPT is a mostly natural language script you can write that tells the model how to create your report, what formatting you want, and what document type you'd like i.e. PDF, Excel, Word, etc. Sound complicated? It isn't. Once you see it done, it becomes the most fun part of your day. With the GPT or Agent written and stored in your account, you log in, select the GPT you want, drop in your files, and tell it to go.
_I Have A Task I'd Like Automated For Me
We can help by building you a custom GPT or Agent. We will sit with you to understand exactly what output you need from the tool, what data is required to produce the output, and how you'd like it formatted. We will also work with you after it's built to check numbers, ensure everything is correct, and get your new GPT or Agent saved into your account. We can reduce the time it takes to produce a very complex report from 2 - 3 hours, down to less than 15 minutes each time.
